This business was created in honor of Ruth E. Walters. My grandmother played a very vital role in my upbringing and taught me the importance of my relationship with God. She was my prayer warrior. She taught me a lot about survival and work ethics. She was the church Sunday school superintendent, a member of the Emergency Rescue Squad, a bus driver, a landscaper, a custodian, and just a multi-faceted woman of God. She was the epitome of being there for those you love, no matter what. I learned morals and values from her, as well as being of good character. Unfortunately, she passed away from dementia. During her demise, we were all unaware of what was happening, and it was associated with old age. Ruth’s Kare will help bring awareness and support for other families and their loved ones to understand the effects of mental and emotional health. It is my hope and prayer that Ruth’s legacy will continue to live on through generations.
